These terms govern your account and activity on pzok. By registering or continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to them in full.
Introduction
Effective Date: 1 January 2026These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and pzok ("pzok", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the pzok website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, payment services, and any related features or content (collectively the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all registered users of the Platform regardless of the device or location from which they access pzok.
By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a bet on pzok, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. pzok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Bonus Terms

Security & KYC
pzok uses SSL encryption and may require identity documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals. Account security is the player's responsibility.
Fair Play
Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse and the use of automated tools are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
1.1 Age and Eligibility
To register an account on pzok you must be at least 21 years of age. You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of another party. By registering you confirm that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing pzok from a restricted territory. pzok reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its sole discretion.
1.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual may register only one account. Opening duplicate, secondary or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited. Where pzok identifies multiple accounts held by a single player, all accounts may be closed, balances forfeited, and any winnings voided. This rule applies regardless of whether different mobile numbers or payment methods are used for each account.
1.3 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth, and the mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad or other payment wallet. You are obliged to keep your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration details may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
pzok currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. pzok does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which pzok accepts no responsibility. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change and updates will be communicated on the Platform.
2.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet used for the player's most recent deposit. pzok may require completion of KYC verification before approving any withdrawal. KYC may include submission of a government-issued identification document and proof of mobile wallet ownership. Processing times are typically within 24 hours once verification is complete, subject to the payment provider's own processing timelines.
2.3 Prohibited Funding Sources
You may not deposit funds derived from illegal activities. pzok complies with anti-money-laundering principles and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Any funds identified as originating from illegal activity will be immediately frozen and subject to forfeiture. pzok is not responsible for losses arising from payment processing delays caused by third-party providers.
3. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
3.1 Bonus Eligibility
All bonuses and promotional offers on pzok are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above who have completed any required KYC steps. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only; one welcome bonus per player per household is permitted. pzok reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion and to withdraw or amend any offer at any time without prior notice.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) which must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated on the specific promotion page at the time the offer is claimed. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% towards rollover; live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the specific offer terms.
3.3 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, the use of multiple accounts, hedging bets across accounts, or any other method deemed abusive by pzok will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. pzok's decision regarding bonus abuse determinations is final. Repeated or deliberate abuse may result in permanent account closure.
4. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pzok. Engaging in any of the activities below will result in account suspension or permanent closure at pzok's sole discretion, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities.
4.1 Fraud and Misrepresentation
Using false identity information, impersonating another person, providing fraudulent payment details, or attempting to circumvent pzok's security or verification systems by any means is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to the use of VPNs or proxy services to disguise location, accessing pzok from a restricted territory, or manipulating game outcomes through any technical means.
4.2 Collusion and Match Fixing
Colluding with other players, communicating with players at the same table in live casino games for competitive advantage, or placing bets on sporting events that a player has reason to believe may be fixed or manipulated is strictly prohibited. Any suspicion of collusion or integrity violation will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
4.3 Automated and Third-Party Tools
The use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, data scraping software or any other third-party application that interacts with the pzok Platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited. pzok uses detection systems to identify automated activity and any account found to be using such tools will be permanently closed with funds forfeited.
5. Account Suspension and Termination
5.1 pzok's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
pzok reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive or illegal purposes; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been raised; (d) the account holder is under 21 years of age; or (e) regulatory or legal obligations require it. In the event of account closure due to a breach of Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.
5.2 Player-Initiated Closure
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting pzok's support team at [email protected]. Any pending withdrawal will be processed before the account is closed, provided no investigation is ongoing and no Terms breach has been identified. Self-exclusion requests under our Responsible Gaming policy will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
6.1 Intellectual Property
All content on the pzok Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software interfaces, game logic displays, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pzok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without pzok's prior written consent.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pzok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, communication errors, service interruptions, or third-party payment provider delays. pzok's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Amendments, Contact and Governing Law
7.1 Amendments to These Terms
pzok reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pzok will endeavour to notify registered players via the Platform or by email. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
7.2 Contact and Complaints
For any questions regarding these Terms, or to raise a complaint about the Platform or a transaction, please contact the pzok support team by emailing [email protected]. pzok aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 7 business days. Support is available around the clock. Please include your registered mobile number and a clear description of the issue when contacting us.
7.3 Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms, together with pzok's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and pzok with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications and agreements.
